It crashed Mojave
This free application shows great promise and I created a small document by hand for testing. I did not create a free account.
But Refly quickly starts to pin all of the CPUs, starts the fans on my MacBook Pro, and eventually causes pointer freezing and then the system restarted. A crash report was sent to Apple.
Developer, thank you for your efforts and please stabilize this promising app.
Meh
The bug that caused the frequent crashes seems to have been fixed, but the AI that checks grammar errors probably needs to go back to school. The phrase “could be found” in a story I’m working on was flagged to be changed to “could be found”.
As clean and easy to use as the interface is, unless the AI gets an overhaul too, I may just have to save up and subscribe to Grammarly for a month and use it to finish my draft
Constant crashing
I read the reviews of this app crashing randmoly, but saw that it had been updated with bug fixes recently so decided to give it a shot. It has NOT been fixed. So frustrating to be on a wrtiting roll and have the app quit after every two words. This has the potential to be a good app but until the crashing is fixed it is totally useless.
