The Reformed Companion app is your go-to source for your favorite Reformed catechisms, confessions, creeds, and more.
The catechisms include proof texts from the ESV and KJV Bible translations, as well as a quiz feature to test your catechism knowledge.

The app also includes summary descriptions and proof texts for the Doctrines of Grace (Total Depravity, Unconditional Election, Limited Atonement, Irresistible Grace, and Perseverance of the Saints), as well as the Five Solas (Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide, Sola Gratia, Solus Christus, and Soli Deo Gloria).
The catechisms and confessions have a "Learn more" button for each document to learn more about their context.
The settings screen allows users to optimize their experiences with preferred starting catechisms, confessions, creeds, and Bible translation, as well as the theme mode (light/dark) and text size.

Truly a companion
Great work Clayton for bringing all of this together in such a functional yet simple app. I’m a developer as well and have noticed on my iPhone 12 Pro that the header doesn’t seem to be adjusting for the notch. My back buttons specifically are running into the header and are difficult to press sometimes. I would appreciate a fix for this when you get the chance. 🙏🏼 God bless, brother!

Thank you for letting me know! I recently purchased a brand new MacBook Pro with an emulator that should allow me to test this build on your model and other recent models. My last device was from 2010 (back before notches were cool). I plan to push out an update in December and intend to fix this issue for you and others.
Update Dec 21, 2021: I don't have a physical iPhone 12 Pro, but running on the iPhone 12 Pro emulator doesn't show any issue with the notch and header. Would you mind sending a screenshot of the issue on your phone to reformedcompanion@gmail.com? I want to fix the issue you're seeing if I can!
A long awaited need
I can’t begin to express how amazing this kind of app is. To be able to have this help to teach the catechisms to my children as well as memorize them for myself, is such a blessing. I am so thankful for this resource and I’m looking forward to being able to share this with others. Thank you for loving the brethren and making this available.

A Great Companion
I have used this app for over a year now and have loved it. I use it daily as I’m constantly remembering parts of the Reformed confessions to discuss the faith with friends and family. I also use this every night after work to catechize my kids during family worship. What a blessing!
