Description
Use this app to track racing marks with ease. So you can focus on boat speed, sail changes and strategy against your competitors. Also includes a great countdown timer!
Regatta Mark Tracker is the ultimate sailing companion, offering real-time tracking of racing marks, fairway buoys, keep out buoys, and any GPS coordinates you need to navigate towards. Designed for both iPhone and Apple Watch, Regatta Mark Tracker provides essential data to improve your sailing performance and make navigation effortless.
Also included is a race start timer that has a sync button which will set the timer to the nearest minute. After the timer reaches the race start, it will begin counting up. Hit stop when you cross the finish line to verify your time with the race committee.
While the app will preserve data, it will be lost if you uninstall the app. Export the data and save it somewhere just in case... You can also export your data to share with crew mates, friends or even competitors if you're nice.

Nice app but poorly tested
This is a nice app and good functionality but poorly tested
First, removing a mark doesn’t remove the mark you think, so editing a configuration is frustrating. Could have been fixed with the smallest testing.
Next, moving the phone from landscape to portrait messes up the relative bearings. Yeah I get why, but could have been fixed with the smallest amount of testing.
So net net it’s a useful app at the price but be warned hasn’t been tested and will have bugs

I reproduced the bug with deleting marks and I agree this would be frustrating. I'll save you the technical details (and excuses), just know that I have fixed the bug and it will be released in version 1.4.
With respect to landscape, I think that issue was fixed as well in 1.5. Please let me know if you experience any other bugs or have any other suggestions anthonyf@gmail.com
