App failed - no remedy
This was on of my favorite apps - until it stopped working on three of my devices - IPhone X, IPhone 6+ and IPad Pro. I have been contacting regions through phone calls, going to a branch and messaging for two months now. No one can tell me why this app stopped working. Sometimes i call and they say they will “cut a ticket”. When i can another time they say no ticket was cut. When i ask for the ticket number they tell me that this number is only for internal use-they cannot give it to me. Apple has told me this is a Regions problem. This is a great inconvenience and I feel that my problem is not being addressed. I feel that the support (or lack thereof) is very discouraging. Would not give any recommendations for their IT support.
This app is terrible , & there’s really no excuse
This is a downright terrible app, and it has been for a while. I have no idea how they don’t put in a little effort to fix it, but they legitimately do not seem to care. I do not have direct deposit and thus have to deposit my checks every week myself. It sure would be nice if this app deposited checks like it’s supposed to, but it usually does not work . It’s beyond infuriating that they’ve known of this issue for at least a year, and yet still nothing has been done to resolve it. Piss-poor app and piss-poor team of developers.
So far so terrible!
We applied to Regions Bank with high hopes. Unfortunately it’s taken around 3 weeks since opening the account to get the bank card. On registering the bank card and getting the confirmation that it had been done correctly the card (fully funded) has been rejected by two separate retailers. Now getting onto this atrocious excuse for an app. It won’t even open! Clearly this bank has a lot of areas they need to work on. Wish we knew it was such a shoddy operation before wasting our precious time.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
