Deacon Paulo Torrens with Alberti and Torrens

I am a Permanent Deacon with the Archdiocese of Boston and also a Paychotherapist. I represent Alberti and Torrens, a company based in Brazil that provides mentorship for kids with learning disabilities.

We have been booking an office at the Prudential Center in Boston and we are very please with the facilities and much specially the service provided by Ragus, both here in Boston and in Brazil. Very gentle and competent people have helped us to navigate the hurdles of building an international service, by providing at all times clear and reliable information about services available, options for finding the best options for offices, booking and billing. Above all, all this good service has been been provided by smiling, gentle and kind Regus representatives, which in our business means quite a lit, both, both for us and our clients. I would like to mention in special, Scott and Monet at the Prudential reception and Junior, at the Regus Brazilian office in Curitiba, Brazil.

The results have been exceptional: our clients love the place, our collaborators want us to expand our services and we’re already considering and upgrade by purchasing our own office in a near future. Thank you so much for the leverage and for making us even prouder and more confident in our company!

Office Scheduler

System is easy to use. Love being able to just login and book my office room for the day. I have been using this for about 4 months now and haven’t noticed any glitches in the system or crazy updates either so it’s nice to be able to use and continue to use something easily and effortlessly.

Fraud, steals your money billing errors and no customer support

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The app nor the online website will allow you to view your account, see billing, make changes, or cancel your membership. Gives you an error and blocks you from emailing for support! No phone number to call. Double billed me, did not reflect payment already received, and THE COMPANY CHARGES YOU FOR ITEMS YOU NEVER WANTED! The app doesn’t recognize the account or membership number. Continues to block any attempt to look at account info or billing. I want my deposit back and my membership canceled asap. Since the help desk nor customer service email will respond to my request. The BBB has gotten so many complaints that they issue a warning about this company. This is app related because the app crashes and gives error. No way around it through any of the customer service emails or help desk email.
