Self rehab app

I've done all kinds of stroke rehab practices in the past. I never paid for any of them and used internet and friends as a source of “research”. But nothing ever worked that well. After a week into this app, I’m becoming more aware of how I treat my body. Compared to other rehab programs like Strocit and 9zest, this one is heavy on psychology and motivation. I've caught myself checking how I sit, eat, sleep, and exercise. It’s changing my perspective on rehab.

Helps me stick to the plan
The app is only as good as your willingness to do the exercises and stick with the long process of rehab. It is easy to navigate and all the content is easy to follow. I'll use the app as long as I need to work on getting better.
