Best Company Ever

No more submitting paper receipts, no more copies of receipts and forms to send via the mail and no more waiting for two weeks for reimbursement. My claims have been received, processed and refunded to my checking account within 72 hours.

The new app for processing claims is so much better than in the past. It’s easy takes 5 minutes and seems to get processed much faster than before. Thank you.

Better Than Mail?

Almost every time I’ve had to resubmit the receipt even though a previous one with the same info was accepted once but not the next time. It’s frustrating knowing that I put the money in and it’s hard to get out out. Also it tends to duplicate words so I spend time trying to delete them (and it seems like there are a hundred duplicates). Really frustrating.
