They don’t seem to have a capability to fix issue with login and passwords. I’ve heard this app works great, if you’re ever able to login.
I've been using this app for about 2 years. All of the sudden it tells me my user name or password is wrong. My options are to call us out Try again. I've tried multiple times with no success. I've called a lot and continue to get people who know nothing about the app. They tell me it's the same login and password as the website, which it is NOT, but they don't believe me. Then I get shuffled and transferred to someone who doesn't know anything about the app... Repeat. I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks now with no resolution. There is no forgot password option on the login screen. It tells you to go to benefits site (which had absolutely nothing about the app or resetting the app password) or call a number (which is the same number I've called multiple times now. Sooooo frustrating!!!
I need this app for reimbursement for medical payments, but it has flaws where it can’t be used. The latest flaw is I can’t log in. The green bar with the words “Log on” doesn’t highlight once you’ve typed in your password, so you can’t log on. It’s the correct password. Went to online health reimbursement account and click “show password” when I was logging in there. The app tells you it’s the same password as that, besides, it’s the one I was using when it was working. The toll free number takes you to what ever your place of work is or was, and they tell you to contact the app developers. HOW? Supposedly 8 moths ago they fixed the bug for “users who weren’t able to log in”. THAT that was and continues to be a frequent problem makes you question who the developers are.
