So a few years ago I bought all the apps with an old phone. Then I got a new one with a new job and I didn’t meditate for a long time. Now I’m trying to relax and heal physically. It's about time!
Finally a real app that actually works. Like other reviewers, I thought his voice is interesting enough to keep u focused but not distracting. As a full time single working mom(teacher) working on my masters degree, finding time to actually relax my brain before falling asleep is crucial; Otherwise I end up rehashing my work day or night class or something my kids hav done. This us the PERFECT mix of resting Ur body and relaxing Ur mind. I'm usually out within 10, but more importantly I wake up refreshed n ready to tackle a new day... Even when I'm sick I listen. He keeps me going strong! he'll do the same for u if you'll only listen.
