Annoying voice

I found the guy's voice annoying and not relaxing at all.

Fantastic app

The flexibility to have 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes is great. I have a medical condition and need to relax muscle tension. The pace is ideal for me, providing just the right amount of time to breathe and focus on relaxing each body part in turn. Personally I like the voice too. He retains attention even as I get relaxed so that I finish the whole body.

Need a calmer more soothing voice and slower pace. As a voice-over director and someone who conducted guided body relaxation, I have heard and performed this same exercise done much more effectively. Would not purchase the other longer exercises if same voice is used for them.
