Continue your journey with Relaxing Rhythms 2! This ten-step program features world-renowned mentors with a unique brand of teaching and nine immersive events. Paired with the iom2, you’ll receive insight into your physiological states, providing you with the greatest benefits of Mind-Body training.
In this 10-step program, you will be taken through three parts - an introduction, guided meditation, and practice event. Going through the program, and following the breathing indicator, you will learn to control your breath to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing as you progress.
As you progress you will find a way within. You’ll begin to become aware of the rhythms of your mind and body, venturing deeper into your thoughts and emotions. You will gain greater control over your life and increase your ability to let go. Relaxing Rhythms 2 Mentors
Jon Kabat-Zinn
Perhaps no other person has done more to bring mindfulness meditation into the contemporary landscape of America than Jon Kabat-Zinn. Through a number of research studies, and through his pioneering work at the UMass Medical School where he is founder of its world-renowned Stress Reduction Clinic.
Thich Nhat Hanh
A Zen master in the Vietnamese tradition, scholar, poet, and peace activist who was nominated for the 1967 Nobel Peace Prize by Martin Luther King Jr. He is the founder of the Van Hanh Buddhist University in Saigon and has taught at Columbia University and the Sorbonne.
Pema Chodron
Ani Pema Chödrön is a fully ordained bikshuni in the Chinese lineage of Buddhism. Born in New York City, she first studied with Lama Chime Rinpoche for several years and then with her root guru, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche from 1974 until his death in 1987. She served as the director of Karma Dzong until she moved in 1984 to Nova Scotia to be the director of Gampo Abbey.
Other world-class mentors include Gangaji, Adyashanti, Sally Kempton, Rick Hanson, Shinzen Young, and Sudhir Jonathan Foust.

Great breath and relaxation training
Unyte has managed to succeed where Wild Divine failed. This is a very good program for breath, relaxation and focus. I am using it between my formal meditation sessions and have found it to be a great addition.
One of the most important aspects for me is that it assists in my becoming more aware of the state of breath and the places in my body where I have tension....plus its just plain fun to play with the challenge to relax in a visual manner.
