Overall bad app with issues
Why doesn't the app never remember my password then says user name is invalid forcing me to enter same info on website. Claim your about the customer but nothing is done when suggestions are made. Why is there also an issue with the accounts on the weekends or holidays not accurate now is that the apps fault the banks systems fault or the card issuers fault either way you push people online and then you dont have up to the min info NOT GOOD Also Would be nice if you set up Apple Pay acceptance for your card. Would also be nice to show how the Card is processed keyed swiped chip and Apple Pay if you ever add it my credit cards do this why cant my bank card. Overall might be time to start looking for another bank that can meet my needs if things don't change soon
I have banked at this institution for nearly 25 years. I’ve witnessed a once fine institution try desperately to play big shot alongside real big banks. After 25 years at this “mutually rooted” institution, it would be nice to walk in and be acknowledged for 25 years of dedicated patronage instead of asking for my drivers license nearly every time I darken your doorway. I understand Dodd-Frank and know your customer but come on, your teller turnover rate ought to tell you something about yourselves. I as a customer am fed up with being harassed for my drivers license because you can’t figure out why your employee turnover rate is so high. A little introspective thinking should provide some “rooted” insight.
The app is fine but I can’t find the button to do a mobile deposit. I’ve watched videos and deleted and redownloaded the app and it still doesn’t pop up. I don’t want to have to go to the bank every week. Fix it please.
