Garbage service with an easy-to-use app
My leasing center moved to this service this year and it’s already not working out. Barring my very HEAVY qualms, misgivings, and frustrations with the nature of the service itself, it is bottom-line UNRELIABLE.
It worked fine the day before this writing. The day of this writing my login didn’t work and the “forget password” workflow directed me to an INSECURE SITE. For all I know their server has been HACKED and all tenant information has already been stolen. To top it off this service doesn’t provide 24/7 assistance.
My leasing center informed the community via an email that this was the best option. Either the entire industry is incompetent or none of these property managers know diddly-squat about vetting these kinds of services. I suspect it’s both. Property managers: for the sake of your tenants, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Business Model is a Racket
Creating this business model went something like:
“Hey! Let’s come in and convince management to charge people for a service, then make them do all the work to register their cars, and then make that a complicated process.
Bonus round! We will then tow them if anything in the system breaks down, even though we have all their contact info so we could have just reached out to them like a reputable business. Oh yeah and let’s make the permit a yearly charge even if people only have another month or two left on their lease, then we can double charge for the same spot. Winning!”
Dated and Buggy
This app has frozen and kicked me out numerous times. I keep getting “json error” when I try to log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app more times than my fingers can count. I’ve even tried logging into the website because the app is so buggy but the website doesn’t have all the functionality and needs that the app provides residents. I give up.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
