Bugging fixed - updated review

I can’t do anything but look at how much I owe on the app. It is always bugging and won’t let me add a new payment method or pay for my bill. It tells me that there was an error and to try again later.

Update: I’m guessing they did a few updates to the app, now everything is working again. So far I haven’t had another problem. This app is super easy to navigate and all of your information is readily available to you. This is the only electric company I’ve used, but I don’t see myself using anyone else.

Problematic application

While this application is great to review your energy usage and pay your bill, I find that there are a lot of bugs using this application on the iPhone operating system. Almost every time I open up the app and login, I get an error message saying the site is down for maintenance when they are not. I am forced to completely close down the app and from running in the background well attempting to open it and login once more before it will actually let me into the site to review any information. I have noticed that I receive constant notifications once logged in informing me that my last months energy usage was higher than the previous months when this is not accurate and every time I ignore or close the message it always returns.

A Happy customer for once.

I love my Electric Company. I know there are a lot of competitors out there just watch tv and see the commercials, but Reliant I have enjoyed the service (my bill and plan) and customer service which I have not had to use. Maybe, because I have not had to call which is a good thing or complaint about my bill with this summer heat yet. Anyways I like them and I recommend them. Ijs
