New sleep deprived mom here. I’ve been trying to see how much sleep I’m getting with it all broken up.

Such a minimal to the point app which is why I feel it will be so effective for me. Not a lot of information I don’t need to truly sleep better,and distract myself from the core of it.

I like the attention to detail. The colors of light, deep and disruptive in the graph are the same to identify the score of the items below with circles next to them. It helps to easily remember them.

I’d like naps to be included in the grand picture of sleep not a separate tab. Perhaps underneath night sleep. So you can look at both together and with ease.

I like the smart alarm and it truly woke me during my light stage. When I stop the wake up alarm however it stops collecting sleep data, for some this might not be a problem but I am the type to fall back asleep most mornings for another hour or two, and the watch completely misses these period of time giving me inaccurate results.

I’d also like their to be the option of am/pm not only military time.

Other then that it looks like the sleep tracker i’ll be sticking with. 👌

App not working 1.5 weeks for premium member, no support

I’ve been a premium member for 10 months. Overall, I had been happy with the app. While it never worked on my Apple Watch (which was annoying), it worked on my phone generally quite well. Occasionally, it had its glitches. But it was accurate overall and I depended on it daily for my sleep stats. I have multiple medical conditions that make monitoring my sleep habits important. A week and a half ago, the app suddenly stopped working. The screen where my sleep stats used to appear just shows green, yellow and red dancing lights but the stats never appear. I emailed support using the address from the FAQ screen in the app multiple times. I attempted contacting support through the Apple app but that screen just took me to an FAQ screen. I then reported the problem through the Apple app. When I got no response, I repeated this step as well. I got zero response no matter what method of contact I tried. It’s very disappointing to pay for this app, have it non-functional for 1.5 weeks, and then to have ZERO RESPONSE from development. If there is a problem with the app, someone from the company should be addressing this with the consumer who is supporting the product. This disrespect for the people who support the product is unacceptable.

When I downloaded this app, I was under the impression that it would wake me up during lightest sleep, and I believe it advertised this as well. This was the biggest draw for me as I feel like I frequently wake up in the middle of deep sleep, which leads to me feeling very groggy. Now that I’m looking back through the app store page, it doesn’t appear to advertise “waking you up during lightest sleep” anymore - I’m assuming that’s because *it doesn’t actually do this.* I’ve been trying to use it for a few weeks now, and the alarm literally just goes off when I tell it to. No correlation with my actual deep sleep/light sleep. I’m pretty disappointed because I struggle a lot with this issue and was hoping this app would truly help me wake up at the end of my sleep cycle. It’s also never accurate despite me providing feedback, my time to sleep is ALWAYS 15 minutes and starts right when I open the app- it usually takes me way longer. I’m disappointed because I shelled out a considerable amount of money for this app, and it’s not doing much for me. Would love to hear back from the developers regarding why “wakes you during lightest sleep” is no longer a factor.
