Description
Remember lets you stash distractions away for later. You bind it to a hotkey (option-space by default) and whenever something unexpected pops up -- say you suddenly realize you need to stock up on milk -- you hit the hotkey, then type buy milk +1h and hit return. An hour later, you'll get reminded that you need to go out and buy some milk.

All-in-ones like emacs are cool, but I love having modularity and things like this built into the OS layer.
I'm not using it as a task manager (yet?), but as a replacement for jotting down distracting ideas on a piece of paper before returning to my task at hand.
It would be great if it was as fast to pull-up as Spotlight and Shortcat; it's a small amount slower than both.
