Quick-entry for Apple's Reminders app.
Remind Me Faster is designed to let you add a reminder with as few taps as possible. Open the app and you're typing. Add a reminder and you're ready to type the next. The interface is optimised for the moment something crosses your mind.
It works with and compliments the built-in Reminders app that's already on your iPhone or iPad.
• Set a notification time with as little as one tap
• Swipe left or right to switch lists
• Tap the list to choose another
• Tap the selected date to add a priority - !!
• Added reminders can be viewed in the built in Reminders app
• Dark mode and dark icon themes available
Remind Me Faster is completely free and without ads. An optional tip jar is available in settings.
• Added a new ‘+ week’ button to the custom date screen, letting you quickly jump ahead a couple of weeks with two taps.
• Added a ‘reset to now’ button on the custom date screen, so you can quickly start again if you change your mind.
• Enabled the preset times feature by default. This can be disabled in settings.
• Preset times now briefly fade to and from their highlighted state, instead of doing so instantly.
• Fixed a bug that prevented 12 hour format from being used in certain regions.
• Fixed a bug that caused low or medium priorities to all appear as high priority once submitted.

Very useful, but not customizable enough
I would really like to be able to change the reminder single-tap buttons. For example, “Tue 9am” (where “Tue” is tomorrow’s day-of-the-week) would be much more useful than just arbitrarily adding “+24h” to whatever time it is now. There is a *lot* of empty screen real estate on the bottom right, so there is plenty of room at the bottom for more “quick buttons”. (To set a quick reminder, I just need a title and don’t need 70% of the screen to be empty.) Just my 2¢...
I find myself having to go in to the custom reminder screen all the time because of this.
Otherwise, this is a super-convenient way of reminding me to do things when I think of them!

Thanks very much for the feedback, and I'm really happy to hear that it's helpful for you. I agree that options like 'Tomorrow at 8am" can be a really good option. I'll consider this for future updates (when I find the time!).
Has potential but lacks necessary features!
I am a big fan of Federicco Vitccia (MacStories) and rely heavily on his recommendations. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with his recommendation of Remind Me. The app is well thought out and works well but it isn't a replacement for Reminders. I create quite a few repeat reminders and there isn't a way to do that with this Remind Me, how disappointing. I don't want to have to create my reminders in different app's, it is very unproductive. Hopefully, the developer will add repeat reminders in a future release.

Hi there - sorry to hear you were disappointed.
The app is designed to compliment the built in Reminders app, rather than replace it. That said, there are several small additions I'd like to make to this when I find the time. You're not the only one to request repeat reminders so I'll certainly consider this!
Thanks for the feedback :)
This is what I’ve been looking for!!
This has been by far the best integration with the native reminders app by far! So it works well with all my Apple decides.
The only feature that would be nice to have would be if you could edit the default time slots by typing the time or date in just like how it’s done in FatastiCal. Would make this the perfect reminders app.

Hi there! Thanks so much for the review. Really great to hear from people who find this app useful.
Having used fantastical myself in the past I’m assuming you’re talking about the natural language input? I.e. “do the thing at 4pm tomorrow” would set 4pm & tomorrow automatically? I agree that’s really useful, although I have to be honest I’m not likely to find the time for that one - tricky to find the time to develop the updates at all currently!
Still, noted, and you never know.
Thanks again for the feedback, and I’m @RemindMeFaster on twitter if you have any further thoughts or suggestions.
