Remind Me helps you remember anything on the go with audio, text, and photo reminders. Add reminders for password hints, security question hints, medicines and brands you like, recipes to try, and anything else you want to be sure not to forget.
Easily and quickly add a note, a photo, or an audio recording along with a reminder name. Whenever you need to, you’ll be able to come back to Remind Me to find the info you need.

3-medium reminder
This cool app allows you to use photo, audio, or text as reminders. Say you've used your pet's name as a Password. You can photograph the pet to remind yourself of your password. You can audio record your pet's bark or purr or chirp or whatever. You can write something to remind yourself why you used your pet's name. Not the password! You don't have to write the password, just something to remind yourself, that no one else would understand.
Remind Me includes separate lists for general reminders, such as passwords (A-Z, Z-A), and for To Do. Each item is dated. The photo, text, and audio features work well.
