Good format, but...

I really like and enjoy the format for the journaling. I also appreciate the features and this program is exactly what I was looking for. I particularly wanted a program that didn't store my entries on the company server, but instead on my device or my icloud. My only issue is that I have been unable to sync my ipad version with my desktop OS version. It says that it can be synced, but I haven't figured out how. When I go to App Support, I get a blog page for the developer and not a way to contact them. So that's annoying....but overall I like the program.

Simple, yet lovely to look at

I was a bit hesitant at getting this…but it looked like it was a free app, so I figured I’d give it a try. Well…it’s only free for 3 “memories”. then you have to pay $4.99 to continue. But last year I was using 750 Words for $5 per month. I figured it was easier and cheaper to use this app. By trying it, I knew that I liked the way it worked…so it was a no brainer for me. If I miss posting once in awhile (like the next two days) that is fine…with 750 Words I could do that, but the challenges they have on their site makes you want to do it everyday…no matter what.

Again, this is simple to use. You can post photos (I’m trying to post one photo a day along with my “Memories”.

So….I say get it! Try it for free for 3 days (memories)….then pay the “big bucks” of $5.00 to own it. It’ is totally worth it!

The Best of What’s Available, IMHO

Maybe my criteria are weird, but after searching and trying out MANY journaling apps, this is the closest to what I want: 1) OS/iOS access, 2) password-protection, 3) a reasonably user-friendly UI. I’m not blogging or trying to promote “my beautiful life” or taking notes/spreading my words on the world as I see it, but there are SO MANY apps that promote/integrate those activities, and SO FEW that are just an easy, SECURE way to record what one did/does/thinks/perceives in a day. [AND MORE! If one wants to! Photos! Videos! Location tracking! SO MANY MORE FEATURES!] But seriously, this is a GREAT option for people who want to do a lot — OR very little. And do it on a laptop, an iPhone, or an iPad. And with some security.
