Can’t Use For Headphone Access
I did read the reviews, but I thought the references to not having volume control were about the tv. I don’t have a phone, so I can’t use the app that allows me to listen w/ my headphones. I hate that I can’t use the remote like I used to. I had hoped to use this like I would have a phone. Alas…this will at least be useful when I can’t find my remote, but otherwise…bought for nothing. Wanted to save anyone else like me who needed that written out.
Worked perfectly
I’m so glad I found this. It looked a little sketchy at first but it turns out to be great. It connected right away, I literally had to do nothing! I’m not sure why it has some bad reviews but it literally saved my life, because I lost my orginal remote so then I used my phone as the remote but I just recently lost my phone so I found this for my MacBook and I’m so freaking happy and glad it was not trouble shooting needed.
Cast Video Fails Every Time
I tried contacting the developer through their website but that doesn't work either, so I'm going to publicly post this issue.
I purchased your Remote for Roku app, a couple days ago and I'm having an issue with the "Cast Video" feature. It doesn't work, I select a video file to play, the app stalls while loading the video and fails every time. I tried from 4k to 360p videos and got the same result.
