Description
The application renames your photos using date from Exif (meta information in the file with photo).
You can create different patterns for renaming based on the file name, file extension and pieces of date:
1) year
2) month
3) day
4) hour
5) minutes
6) seconds
Example:
– for file with name "IMG_1425.jpeg",
– date in the Exif "05/25/2019"
– and the pattern "{Y}-{m}-{d}_{name}.{ext}",
– the final name will be: "2019-05-25_IMG_1425.jpeg".
What’s New
Version 1.3
1) added support for "HEIC" files
2) improved support for the dark theme
Ratings and Reviews
Good, except HEIC
Worked great for 189 photos out of 190, but deleted the ".HEIC" extension from all of them, which I had to manually re-add
Works Fine for Me
I just renamed a folder of over 500 images. Only 3 didn't have recognizable EXIF data, even though Preview saw it. But otherwise, it worked flawlessly.
Version 1.3 works perfectly for me
Exactly what I wanted, which was to chronologically organize photos from a few different cameras. My thanks to the developer!
