This new release includes an expanded Inventory section that lists the items (furniture, curtains, microwave, etc.) provided with the rental. Also, we improved how tenants access leases, move-in pictures and rental terms.

Improved the user-interface to calculate utilities and monthly costs

We improved the cost allocation method for landlords who need to pass monthly costs to their tenants. New charts now show the cost of utilities.

Lots of improvements under the hood to manage the speed and quality of data. As for the front end, you can now clearly see which Tenant sent you a payment in the current month and the rate return you are getting on your properties.
