Rental: Rent, Property Manager is an application Designed to Simplify Property Management with features like Rent Management., Tenants Management, Inventory Management.

APP FEATURES

1. RENT MANAGER

You can add Rent Data Manually
The application can automatically Generate Rent Data for all the tenants that are registered every cycle.
To activate this feature;
Register a Property,
Register a Section (Provide Rent Cost, Rent Cycle e.g Monthly, Annually … & Cycle Length .eg I month, 6 months …) under the registered Property
Add a Tenant (Provide Status e.g Active, Not Active , Start Date , End Date , Cycle Charged e.g Current cycle, Previous Cycle) to the Registered Section
If all data is entered well, rent bills will be generated every cycle.

2. TENANT DATA REMOTE ACCESS

This feature allows Landlord (Admin Account) to give the Registered users remote access to their data.

The tenants can also be given permission to enter payments they made and the landlord (Admin Account) just verifies and Approves them.

Note that tenants will only have access to there Payment Related Data i.e Rent Bills and Payments Made;


3. EXPENSES CAPTURE

You can record the Expenses / Operating Costs / Maintenance Costs Incurred in your Business Operation.

This Data is Vital in the Reports Section when Computing the Profits of the Business

4. REPORTS

Get a comprehensive report with analysis of all Vital information your Data e.g Profit /Loss Made, Expected Income, Actual Income, Income Percentage Collected, Total Expenses, Property Statistics etc

5. ACCOUNT & DATA SYNC

For your Data Safety, You can Securely Sync your data to your online account and retrieve it any time on any device.
