When repairs to a rented home are hard to track, Rentfile gives you one place
to keep the facts.
Build a case file with issues by room, photos, videos, documents, contacts and
appointment outcomes. Review evidence by room or type and see a dated timeline
of what happened.
Browse general rights information matched to the jurisdiction, tenancy and
landlord type you select. Applicability and an official-source link appear
before the explanation, so you can check the current source yourself.
Choose the records you want to share. Review a factual disrepair report or
letter, then export a PDF. Creating a letter does not mark it as sent; only
letters you mark as sent appear on the timeline.
Make an encrypted backup in a folder you choose, and restore from that file
when needed. Rentfile checks the saved backup before calling it verified.
Rentfile is an independent evidence-recording tool for tenants. It does not
verify allegations, contact landlords or authorities for you, submit a
complaint, guarantee a result, or provide legal, medical or professional
advice. Rules and procedures can change and may apply differently to your
