Really works
Dovly is a great app so far. It’s straightforward explanation of it services and accuracy is spot on. I’ve a couple things completely removed from my report and also I’ve had other accounts updated and verified as accurate afterwards. I tried the free version of the services so I could try it out and make sure it actually works and wanted to see the difference in the free version compared to the paid version I tried the free version for approximately 4months now I’d say it’s actually alright and worth downloading it. It works, it stays updated. Tomorrow I will do the premium or paid version of the services and see what the major differences are.
This is an amazing company, but having to pay to get your own personal information seems ridiculous
Is there no company out there? that is just here to help the people, Credit collections agencies put through fraudulent charges constantly, and it messes up peoples lives, and I wish that there was a company that was just here to help the people. I understand if this is a for profit business, but a nonprofit project to protect citizens from companies that are shady and don’t care about the outcome of the person’s life would help reduce our poverty rate as a country, as well as the citizens protections against corporations, while corporations seem to be able to do whatever they want without any consequence. This is a great app to help citizens it could be doing more as a nonprofit business with better write offs from our government
Be weary of the credit disputing
I am very disappointed with this company and their service. I thought these guys could improve my credit score by having them dispute (3) accounts and my Equifax and Experian credit score both dropped so I unsubscribed from their monthly subscription and turned to customer service for some answers.
I admit, I probably should have known better about my credit but I assumed they were the experts. I would think that they should have the expertise to stop me from disputing any accounts that could actually hurt my credit score, but that wasn't what happened. They could not give me any answers to the reasoning that my credit score dropped and would eventually go radio silent after promising to get back to me.
Their other services are probably okay but just be hesitant about using their credit dispute services as it can drop your scores.
