Broken app.
How does this company expect us to use this app when it consistently crashes? They never bother to fix these issues. The only problem with the original app was it logged me out every few days. But everything loaded instantly. This one doesn’t load my schedule either when I’m ABOUT to leave or ABOUT to clock in. How are you going to say this is the superior version when this is a problem every single day? I know the support isn’t going to fix this issue.
Bonkers to stay with this app!
I have to delete the app every single morning and evening just to clock in and out. In the mornings it just stays black until I can redownload it. Then, in the evenings it always has some different Passport screen I can’t log into which makes me have to delete and reinstall the app to clock out for the evening. Why does it do this? No one knows. Why don’t they fix it? No one knows. Why not just use a different app that works correctly? No one knows.
Broken app
Not sure why we made an app that continues to have issues. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall now multiple times for basic functions such as my schedule or copy/paste to work. Interface is confusing as it has too much going on. As of now, the only improvement over the original RepFirst app has been that it doesn’t automatically log me out every couple times I open the app.
