Repost for Video, Story, Photo 4+

I love this app, however this is the 2nd time that I have an issue related to my registration. I bought this way before the whole monthly and yearly subscription. And terms at the time sad, it was a lifetime license… The first time I had this issue, I wrote the same type of message you guys helped me to restore my purchase. I try to use the app today, but it wanted me to UPDATE the app. I did, but then it went back to the monthly or yearly subscription type of lissome!!! So strange, the app should know my e-mail and that I am a lifetime license registered owner, but no, it does not know. I would have contact you guys via e-mail or phone, but there is no link or contact info here to do so!!! So I am letting you know my issue here, in the hope somebody from you office will get back to me regarding this issue, and help me to restore my license!!! Thanks.

June 23, 2022, Finally the REPOST support team contacted me, and help me to restore my account to what it was, before the update. I highly recommend this up to all, I use all the time, and it is very easy to use.

The app worked better than most similar apps and the subscription cost was fair. i bought it when it was a one time purchase but my premium stopped working when the subscription premium came out. wasn't a big deal so i left it alone. but i when i use it i'm always able to download and required several tries before being successful. Sometimes it worked but now it work at all. Recently the app keeps prompting for a log in even though it shows your account is logged in. I continuously try to log in but it keeps saying my password is wrong when its not. i know i'm putting in the correct password because my phone saves them and i can log in to instagram with the same password outside of the app. The processing indicator never shows a percentage, it never shows any indication that the IG content is being downloaded. This seems to have started late May 2022 and into June. wifi is good, tried cellular data too. iPhone SE 2nd gen. iOS 15.5. deleted app reinstalled, nothing.

UPDATE: while the team did respond to my review rather quickly; stating that they were pushing out an update for the issue, when the update came out and I downloaded it, it still did not work. I bought a lifetime license for this app a few years back for my business and I still used it until now. this has been going on for at least a month now and it's getting extremely frustrating. I will be considering looking into other services if this doesn't get resolved soon.

I’ve been using this app for more than 5 years. I bought a license to be able to repost without the annoying tag. I’ve been happy with this app and experienced no problem with it. A couple of years ago, I guess the app was bought by another developer or something, and I suddenly lost my lifetime license. Customer support restored my old subscription upon contacting them. I reopened the app today because I wanted to do a repost and suddenly my lifetime license is gone again! Is this a joke? Why would you do this to your loyal users? Can someone at support restore my license? I already paid so why are you asking me to pay again?!

EDIT: I emailed support and they quickly responded and fixed the problem. Thank you to the customer support representative who took immediate action. This is an awesome app with great customer support when needed.
