If you perform exercises that require timed repetitions, then this app is for you. It even speaks to you.
The easy to use interface allows you to enter the number of reps, the seconds to hold, and optionally, the seconds to rest after each rep.
If you enter the seconds to rest, then the app will automatically count reps until the max number is reached, otherwise press the Start Rep button for the next rep.
A voice will call-out when to begin a rep, when time is done for the rep, and when the set is finished.
