Ebooks don’t load on the app

I am a physician and have been having trouble accessing the electronic version of the Pellock’s Pediatric Epilepsy book for the past 1 month now. At first the passcode didn’t work, the staff helped reset that, but now I can’t ever read the online book! I’ll type in the passcode and the book requires me to download the researchpad app and then the book screen loads continuously! I’ve left the screen on for minutes at a time while doing other work, and it’s still on the same loading screen. This is extremely frustrating as I’ve paid a large amount for the book and expect that the link provided for the convenience of an electronic copy should certainly work! the book itself is encyclopedia sized and not something mobile, so I need to be able to access the electronic copy at work and etc.

This app replaced the Nova Reader app for ebooks. Nova was bad. This is worse. I have not been able to open my textbook on either my iPad or iPhone. On ipad the book screen keep loading and on iPhone it asks for the password and continually says incorrect password(it’s not) with no way of resetting the password! Extremely frustrating. I need my textbook as a reference during patient evaluation in hospital setting where carrying a full hardcover book is impossible.

Login issues

Can’t get the app to recognize my email or password but it works when I do it directly on the website from my computer. I tried to create a new account from my phone and it says my email already exists, so frustrating!
