I’m glad this app is active again but it still needs a lot of work to be functional. It’s not easy to search and as far as I can tell impossible to update to show I’ve visited a winery. Hopefully updates are in progress

Hi! Thanks for being a Reserve Pass user. As soon as you open the app there's a search bar at the very top that says "Where To?". You can type in a city or winery name and it'll take you right there.

As long as you're logged into your account you can easily keep track of where you've visited by just clicking on a winery to go to that wineries info page. There will be a "Not Visited" button that if you click it will change to "Visited" and keep track of where you've been!

We have always been fans of Virginia Wine Pass and this moves the whole program to a whole new level. Currently vacationing in Idaho. I didn’t even know the potato state also made wine. The Reserve app knew where We were and led us to a bunch of tasting rooms just within a few miles of our location. So Cool!

Is there a way to contact customer support. I renewed my membership for another year on December 26. It has been charged to my CC. But my pass states that it is expired. Please assist me

We're glad it was just a duplicate user account. Thankful we could get it resolved so quickly. Happy deal hunting!
