Resilify provides accessible, personalized programs that transform behavioral health and restore mental wellbeing. Resilify’s programs are built on evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), etc. Resilify provides a comprehensive digital platform for individual when and where they need it.

The app integrates with Apple's HealthKit to record your meditation minutes to Health Kit mindfulness.


SUBSCRIPTION

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Best app ever!

I came across this app when I was looking at other apps by the creator of DBTCoach. I thought I love DBT coach so well that I would try this one. This one is possibly even better because it’s more by topic, but has a lot of the same features as a DBTCoach, which I use for depression and PTSD after getting in a really bad wreck. It helped significantly as I learned DVT in the inpatient treatment center and DBT coach allowed me to have little mini lessons of stuff to help me much like this one as many lessons for topics such a presentation and anxiety, depression and self harm, etc.. This is very. I highly recommend it.
