Nice App!

I really appreciate the simplicity of this app, as well as the fact that the creator is not trying to take all my money with an eternity of subscription fees! Four bucks is a lot more than reasonable for this workout program. The workouts are simple to follow and don't take much time at all. I find myself feeling guilty after such a short routine and I often supplement it afterwards with a few more exercises of my own. Five stars!

Fantastic value with only a few suggestions

I can't believe this app, which so far has worked without a single hiccup, is free or $3.98 for premium. On that basis, it's 5 out of 5 stars. Some small improvements could be made though. I'd love to enable notifications to remind me to continue my challenges. Also, it would be helpful to have a small icon on the animated illustration to highlight which side you should be doing (just an orange L or R on the extremity). Finally, I'd love to be able to set a pace (slow, medium, fast) for my workouts and then have a metronome to keep my tempo. Even without the ability to customize pace, just a ticking for the intended tempo would be helpful. Great app. Thank you so much.

Custom Workouts!!!

This app is perfect as a free version, has everything you need. If you want more, go premium. They don’t go overboard with trying to force it on you or anything, which is an automatic 5 stars for me! I bought a Redge, yet their app requires a subscription for $60/yr, when you’d think it would be included with the machine.
