This is one of the most poorly functioning apps developed. Does not open and work properly. Hard to rely on when using it to get information about calls.

App was already bad, but now it receives alerts but has a permission error when opening the app and interacting with it. Updates never help or introduce more new problems. Terrible.

Considering the propose of this app one would think that a like more attention could be spent on it to assure it functions correctly.
Enhancements and Fixes:
1. A brand-new experience for the Incident Responding page
- Everything in one place, accessible with a scroll
- Quickly route to the incident location with the enhanced map capabilities
- Better visibility of hydrants and responding units
- Improved overall app performance
