You have to manually set this thing to buzz you at the desired interval, which makes it pretty ineffective as an hourly stretch app. Similar apps allow the user to input a schedule —say, buzz me every hour of every weekday between nine and five—whereas with this, you’ll have to set a separate reminder to turn on the first notification of the day, and just have the wherewithal to re-up every notification thereafter. But why? Why would you pay for tool that you can’t set and forget? It’s all pretty UI and zero UX. Guess I’ll use it for a while to offset the cost.
I use it almost every day. It would be better to have different exercises btw
