Version 2.0 is a marked improvement
This new year is welcomed improvement over the previous iteration. Features like adding a number scale to the manual adjustment sliders as well as a “sensitivity adjustment” so you can tone down your beds automatic adjustments was a much needed update. Also you no longer have to turn your phone in landscape mode in order to use the app.
Who do they pay to write positive reviews?
My bed was set up at 11 this morning and I wasn’t able to finalize the settings until 9:30 at night because the app is nearly useless. It’s great that it can detect where I am but nobody can explain to me what the colors mean so I’m just adjusting and hoping to find the right setting but so far, I’ve not been successful. For such an expensive bed, you’d think it would work and if they can’t fix this glitchy app, send backup remotes. I could swear I saw that this bed comes with a tablet but apparently, they quit sending those 18 months ago... so then why still so expensive if so much work is necessary even after the “white glove set up”. I’m incredibly frustrated and worse, feel foolish for buying this bed. It is, so far, not worth the price tag and nobody I’ve talked to so far seems to care at all. I’m already ready to write “return to sender” but I’m going to give it a few days.

Improving but could be better
We’ve had our bed for 7 months and over that time the app has been revised several times. It’s user-friendly and easy to use. I like the graphic features and slider bars. Where there’s still a problem for me is reliable connection to my bed pump over our home WiFi. I don’t know if the problem is the app, the pump or my network. I usually have to close and relaunch the app several times before connecting. Finally, I would REALLY like to have a FILL button on the AUTOMATIC setting page/mode. Right now When I get up in the morning I have to switch to MANUAL and fill the bed. Then when I go to bed I have to switch back to AUTOMATIC.
