Ratings and Reviews
I haven't expected it but it's totally uncomfotable in using. The interface is awful and one more awkward move turns to a tragedy.
Wow. Just… wow.
This is may be the shoddiest app I've ever downloaded.
It's extremely awkward to use, bordering on unusable. On an iPhone 7+ in landscape it's *barely* usable. If you accidentally click instead of swipe you're taken directly to their website, which normally would be okayish but it's not mobile… so you're presented with a page with tiny text and a layout not remotely mobile friendly.
The main reason I took the time to write this is because RH commands (in most cases) insanely high prices (albeit for relatively high quality goods) and to put out an abortion of an app like this is completely astounding. I've never been a huge fan of RH, and this app has done nothing to improve my opinion of them.
The real travesty is that their catalogue layout and photography is gorgeous. I'm sure if they decided to prioritize development on this app it would also be gorgeous as well.
RH would be much better served to completely pull this app than to offer this abomination.
Why this app is terrible
I have been a member of Restoration Hardware for over three years now and pay $100 a year for discount privileges.
When this company started in our location the actually sold hardware which they no longer do. All their furniture was USA made but not anymore. Products that used to be in stock for a rapid delivery now come months later shipping on a slow boat from China. I still have not found a way to login to my account which I can only do on my computer. What one does on a computer can also be done on an app if it is a good app. This one isn’t.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
