Welcome to retireFIT! We’re so excited to help you achieve your non-financial retirement goals. Whether you’re preparing for retirement or are already enjoying this new chapter, we’re here to guide you on your wellness journey.
As you begin using the retireFIT app, the first thing you'll notice is your Best Life Score (BLS). This score gives you a snapshot of your functional wellness based on 10 movement tests. It helps forecast your likelihood of reaching your wellness and recreational goals in retirement. We recommend reassessing your BLS every six months to track your progress and see how your activity level influences your future wellness.
The app offers three key features for daily use:
The Dashboard: Your homepage, where you’ll find your most recent BLS and your Forecast Graph. This graph shows how your functional wellness will evolve from today through the next 30 years, helping you visualize the long-term impact of your efforts now.
The Activity Page: This is where you build your wellness portfolio. Every ten minutes of activity (whether walking or yoga or strength training) earns you one point and adds to your monthly goal.
The Groups Page: Connect with friends to stay motivated. Share your progress, encourage each other, and compete on our monthly leaderboard to keep the momentum going.
