    I loved this app and have had it for years. I did take away one star because sometimes there is long wait times for your photo to be edited, and for the first couple of years, it was never more than 15 minutes that you had to wait. Now that it has been a few years of having it there will be wait times for one to two hours if it’s a holiday or you’re in a certain area or it’s a certain time of the day. But overall, it’s a great app!

    I really enjoy this app. It’s very user friendly. However before there used to be an option where you can speed up theProcess but I don’t see that option available anymore and sometimes it takes more than an hour to get a picture fixed. I really miss the expedite feature.

    Literally a godsend. They are the best at editing when you’re in need of any kind of edit on any photo. I have been using their app for YEARS now and literally will not post a photo without having them edit it first. The best part is - THEY DO ALL THE WORK FOR YOU! They are the absolute BEST! 🙏🏽🤍

    I’ve been using this app for years now and it seems in the last year the wait times are so much longer. Not sure what happened but it’s worth mentioning. Other than that, great app, wonderful retouching. Just perfect!

    Deleted this app because they charge you money to edit your photos and then take 5+hours to even edit the photo!! What am I paying for I thought I would give them a second chance redownloaded the app and started a $9.99 subscription and paid for them to edit a photo again and it’s said estimated time 2 hours and 30 minutes for over 5 hours!! Canceling this substitution and deleting this app for good this time!! Awful 5+ hours to edit one single photo that you pay your own money for is insane!!!

  • Very bad user interface

    Removes glare ok but the ui is so bad and they will sometimes reject your order when you ask for a redo. I don’t feel like the core service is very reliable. Very, very hard to track the photos you edit here and very hard to tie them back to original photo in my photos. Very painful, and not friendly to my time and energy. There is also no way to request a refund when, due to their bad UI, an edit is requested on a photo. Actually they start charging you when you request more than a couple redos due to very bad results. You can like a photo “order” and even leave a tip, but there is no way to dislike a photo unless you request a fix. Did I mention there is no way to request a refund on bad results? Also orders take 5-10 minutes but the order details screen does not say how long ago the order was placed. Very kindergarten stuff. Thumbs down. I could learn how to do this myself on my laptop for the time this app has wasted in just 2 days.
