I just finished out a 5 or 6 month session with Revero and can tell you that in that time, the app rarely updated. I even spoke to Shawn Baker during one of his weekly events and nothing changed. They don't tie into any of the Apple Health metrics which would include things like my glucose monitor (kind of important on low-carb). The reminders got annoying because it wanted you to have X carbs or X protein a day and it was just a check mark. Why they couldn't link to a food tracking app like lose it is beyond me. Got one set of labs done and didn't allow me to take my second set to compare because I didn't renew my membership. If you're already up to speed on Keto / Carnivore, stay away from this program, waste of time and junk app.

Once you enroll you cannot change your email ever. I contacted support when I changed to a new email address and they were unable to change it. When I attempt to enter my daily metrics the app would say that I've already done it for today. It would also tell me that I've missed my window for entering metrics when the calendar day hadn't changed. Although my coach said they were receiving the updates each time I entered them. Now I have a pink screen with legacy written in the foreground and can't update the app at all. The android version works slightly better.

So, when I’m typing in the chat, if I get distracted for a moment and my phone screen goes dark, I lose everything from my chat I was typing. This isn’t me closing out the app, or navigating away from the screen. It’s simply my phone screen shutting off. Super frustrating particularly because my life is full of interruptions and having to type a full paragraph of the same issue 4-5 times is wildly frustrating.

I was so hopeful and donated to the Carnivore Trial. Despite them taking $250,000 in donations. And raising $5,000,000 - 5 years later they still haven’t done their clinical trial. The app is cumbersome. Care is limited and bottom line. I can’t trust them.
