The RevFire app works with RevFire-2 baseballs and softballs on either an iPhone or iPad running iOS10 or later. The app displays pitch speed, pitch spin rate, number of rotations, and pitch count. The iPad version provides a large readout viewable from 20 feet, or can be cast via Airplay to an Apple TV connected monitor.
RevFire apps operate in a hands-free automatic mode and RevFire balls require no pairing or charging. The balls are official weight and size with premium leather and seam construction and are available at www.revfire.com. No ball shaking or taping is required - use as a normal ball for pitcher training. RevFire balls are not for hitting or game play.
The app supports monitoring of multiple pitchers simultaneously as well as audible call out of pitch results through the phone speaker, headphones, or wireless pairing with a Bluetooth speaker. You may put your iPhone in a pocket and catch for the pitcher.

Works great. Needs history and notes
The app works well with the 12in softball and seems to provide reasonable readings. I have no issues with what it does but I really think it should do a little more. It would be great to have a history of pitches and the ability to write a note on individual pitches. I would definitely recommend the RevFire 2 and hope the app gets even better with future updates.
