Revl Experiences + Camera 4+

My husband recently purchased the footage from our roller coaster adventure not knowing the footage would be edited and the original sound/ raw footage would be covered with music. I was a little disappointed but after an email requesting the original footage without the music, they got back to me in less then 24 hours. I was so pleased with how quickly we received a response from them over the place we purchased the package from which still hasn’t gotten back to us. I really appreciated the customer service, efficiency, and desire to find a solution to our request. It’s not on the app, they disclose that the videos are edited but the place we purchased the package from did not which is totally misleading. So thankful they were willing to give us the original raw footage which is what we intended on purchasing in the first place. No hesitation, no delay. So amazing!

I’ve been using the Revl app and camera for a few months to create and share my skydiving videos. It saves me hours of editing video and GB’s of memory on my computer. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a quick and easy way to edit footage. This product rocks🤘

The electronic stabilization on the camera is all wonky and I can’t recalibrate the IMU from the app because it says I need to do a firmware update first. But there seems to be no way to do this. The only place that even mentions “Firmware” is the “Firmware Version” spot in Capture—>Settings, but tapping on it does nothing. The website has no informative technical support information, and everything on the zendesk site is pretty rudimentary. It would be great to be able to use my camera as it was intended.

Otherwise, the app seems to work pretty well in capture mode but I’ve experienced repeated crashes running iOS 14.4 on an 11pro.
