Took all of my money with decline fees trash !

I Recently deposited a small check with them everything went through smoothly and the funds appeared inside the account but every time I tried to use it I would keep getting declined and for every transaction there is a 50 cent decline fee
I tried activating the card multiple times but everywhere I go they say the “CVV” is wrong
How I’m the world do you send out a debit card
With an incorrect “CVV” on it ? I’ve never experienced anything like this before now my account is whiped out due to decline fees what a freaking waste of a check and a day thumbs down

Absolutely garbage,

I opened an account got an account number and said card was mailed. I waited 10 days for a card and during this period I made a deposit to the account and now my account is randomly closed. Go to another online bank because this one is not it. They didn’t even tell me it was closed, I had to call and ask where my debit card was.

Card services

After the update I was no longer able to send money through the app and this is frustrating! I call the number on the back of the card and no answer and the hours are limited for the weekend .
