Ingredients wrong
Very often the ingredients are wrong or incomplete and it is very difficult to get them corrected or get more information. For people with allergies this can be very problematic! Also the app doesn’t tell you until when you can edit your order, unlike Knuspr! Sometimes even 12 hours before a delivery changing the order isn’t possible!

Reliable, good quality, and helpful for those without a car
- this app helps me to avoid forgetting items on my grocery list. I simply add them to my shopping cart in the app as I think of them.
- As a family of four without a car, we find there are several benefits of delivery to our door. For example, it is very helpful for ordering larger quantities of drinks (beer, water) or larger items (like charcoal).
- If you buy enough at once, the delivery is free.
- There is no subscription. So, we do not order online every week but regularly do when guests are coming and we know we’ll need more than usual.
- The produce has always been good quality and fresh.
- No damaged or spoiled items so far.
You will pay more for your groceries sometimes (certainly more than at the good discounters like Aldi) and you will not always find the exact item you want going this way because not every single item that is available in store is available through the app.
But I’ve never rated an app before, and this one has made my life so much easier that it was worth it!
SO EASY! (if you speak German)
Having just arrived here in Berlin, it’s a delight to find that the local grocery delivery service actually works even better than the ones we are used to in Boston. The way the food categories are organized is very helpful, and it’s fantastic that you can set a delivery time BEFORE you order anything, which is exactly the opposite in the US.
