Why not develop a real app for phone shopping

Two choices for shopping via my phone or ipad: The App — source books are cumbersome and challenging to use. Or use the website not designed for a phone with impossible to read soft grey fonts. I like Rh but you make shopping a challenge for anyone who isn’t sitting at a big old laptop monitor.

Very poorly done

I’ll spend only a moment writing this review because they spent only a moment creating this app. In order to view a source book you must download it to your phone and it takes an inordinate amount of time to do so. Also an errant swipe will will bring you to their mobile unfriendly website. No real update for usability has been created. Very poorly done and you’d expect more from a company that bills themselves as high end.

*still no updates of any importance. Why not have an app where you can actually shop? Or pay your RH credit card? The app is useless. I understand forwarding to the web to purchase but the app isn’t optimized. It’s one of the slowest experiences on out of my apps.

RH do better.

Wow. Just… wow.

This is may be the shoddiest app I've ever downloaded.

It's extremely awkward to use, bordering on unusable. On an iPhone 7+ in landscape it's *barely* usable. If you accidentally click instead of swipe you're taken directly to their website, which normally would be okayish but it's not mobile… so you're presented with a page with tiny text and a layout not remotely mobile friendly.

The main reason I took the time to write this is because RH commands (in most cases) insanely high prices (albeit for relatively high quality goods) and to put out an abortion of an app like this is completely astounding. I've never been a huge fan of RH, and this app has done nothing to improve my opinion of them.

The real travesty is that their catalogue layout and photography is gorgeous. I'm sure if they decided to prioritize development on this app it would also be gorgeous as well.

RH would be much better served to completely pull this app than to offer this abomination.
