A fun game that puts your rhythm skills to the test!
This game is highly entertaining with a great soundtrack to play along to and has the added benefit of teaching you to read the most commonly used music rhythm notation.
This game has been developed in collaboration with professional musicians and educators.
"This is an excellent app to recommend to your students/parents, or to use as part of your music lab if you have one. Students will learn to look ahead more as they tap these rhythms, and will learn the important skill of listening to themselves and others."

Loved it and plan to buy full version
Fun and colorful app to help you learn to read music. It's been decades since I played an instrument and wanted to give it another try. I believe you can learn quite a bit on your own with Rhythm Cat. Melodies are great and I found the touch sensor worked fine on my iPad mini 2,
Game not fully synced
Just got the new IPad so I know it's not the iPad. It's a really fun game but it gets off sync. The notes are supposed to light up when it's time to play them, and it gets behind the music. I'm a piano teacher and play classical, so I know I'm getting the rhythm right, but sometimes the sensor is off or only half the notes will light up when it's time for you to play them. Fix the bugs with sensor issues and it will be a great game.
Good through level 10
I'm a music teacher. I know for a fact I'm playing 100% correctly on level 11, but the touch sensor isn't picking up all the notes I'm playing. It misses a lot of notes and won't let me pass the level. Great app for levels 1-10 though! I'm on 1st generation iPad mini.
