Rhythm is a daily fasting tracker that is focused on helping you maintain a daily routine for intermittent fasting. Beginners can take the guess work out of getting started and experienced users can benefit from weekly tracking of their efforts.

Users have the flexibility to accommodate any fasting schedule that suits them best, with a minimum of 7 hours and a maximum of 24 hours. Great for users of the 5:2 weekly rhythm or those that can commit more, this app can grow with your level of commitment.

Set up and save your daily fasting goal, when you are ready to get started just initiate with one click. Through the day check your progress and over several days you can see a rhythm starting. You can get notified when you've completed your fast by enabling the feature in the apps settings.

- Smart Fast Editing
When editing fast times, Rhythm will now check if there's a saved fast with either a conflicting start or end time. This will prevent fast overlap and preserve the integrity of your fasting data.

- Fasting Elapsed Time Option
You can now select from your settings if you would like to see your current fasts elapsed time instead of the default countdown.

- Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where you would receive a Notification that a fast was completed even though the fast was canceled.

Exactly what I needed as beginner faster

I was looking for an app to get started on fasting. The really well known ones require an account and extensive setup before you can even see if they’re what you need. Rhythm on the other hand is clean, simple and no frills. The only thing I wanted that isn’t there was the ability to go over your fast time - it ends your fast at your target time. However, you can just go edit the end time manually. It’s exactly what I needed and I really appreciate that it exists. Thank you dev!

Great but could use some updates

So simple. No signing up or adding info. All you do simply put how long you want to fast and start the timer. When you stop the fast you have the choice of saving it or not which is nice because sometimes I start it right after supper and then i decided to have a cup of hot cocoa. My only issue is that if you go over your goal time it stops counting, and if you forget to stop the timer you cant adjust time. I have it set for 2 hrs over what I want because sometimes i cant eat exactly at my goal but i feel cheated when it says i did 16 when i actually did 18. A few time ive forgot to start the timer and i really wish i could change the start time.

Great fasting app.

If you need to keep track of your fasting with reminders this is the perfect app. Other app’s wouldn’t allow me to adjust the fasting schedule to my desired needs, plus they wouldn’t allow me to to adjust the time I started. If I didn’t hit the start fasting button right at the time set, it wouldn’t allow me to tell it exactly when I did start fasting. This app is flexible and I would definitely recommend it. It would be nice if it tracked your weight and water consumption.
