Ride Jetson 4+

In an age where app connectivity can make or break an otherwise great product…this app as of today 1/3/24 has a ton of what we call in the business world “opportunities.” I can navigate the menu, created the profile, checked some features…all features my 7 year old daughter would LOVE. However…I can connect her Pixel to my Bluetooth great - yet the app can not possibly find it. Literally. I had the phone sitting on top of the board for 10 minutes. The app can not see my board.

The hoverboard itself is an amazing product that feels cheapened up by even offering this tease of an app. My advice is to get this worked out as soon as possible - yesterday would have been the best time. Otherwise scrap this app because it’s going to ruin the product name for the hoverboard itself. It’s almost insulting and I feel a little dumb for not cross referencing app reviews with the hoverboard itself. Looking forward to real progress with this app because right now as it stands, it’s totally unusable. Keep up the hard work!

As a app developer I know off the bat there is syncing issues if not app error issues not being resolved. Recently got the Jetson quest for my gf. But the color change feature does not work. Needless to say pairing and connecting the device doesn’t truly work properly either. The map battery icon doesn’t update to show any charge.

Please update and fix , this feature alone really separates you from many of the competition. But a buggy app like this is no good. At least so far the app doesn’t crash. Meaning the errors are handled but you guys have no solution for it. Let’s go Jetson, get the developers working.

First off when opening the app, i realize the overall feel and quality of navigating the menu feels so… Static. No tactic or bouncy buttons.. Just static buttons and sudden, delayed changes of pages/frames. Then, I try to sign in. I usually sign in with apple and i do that, then it tells me there was an error with my network connection… There definitely isn’t as my internet is 100% working… Then I say “Okay, Cant use Apple sign in, might as well sign up instead…” Well doing that results in the same error. Nothing wrong on my end. Also, There are multiple misspelling errors and the overall app looks and feels extremely poor… Guess i wont be having an account for this app… Even using it bothers me.. Absolutely terrible.
