Booking a ride is easy:
1. Download the app. Our GPS will automatically pick up your location.
2. Choose your drop-off location for a fare estimate.
3. Choose one of the two options ‘Pickup Now’ or ‘Pickup Later’ depending on when you want your ride.
4. Select one of the payment methods CASH OR CARD OR K-NET OR Top up your Rove Wallet.
5. You will get ride details with Estimated time and fare and there Tap ‘Request’ and instantly get confirmation complete with your Driver’s details and location.
6. Track the ride in real-time. Then just Ride, Relax, and Reach. You only pay after the ride is complete.

Best Ride in KWT

Though their fleet of Luxry cars is limited (hope it’s growing to higher ranks), however The service is amazing.
While you are busy chatting, surfing on your mobile, you won’t feel the ride to your desired destination ❤️

Bad experience

Unfortunately today I experienced one of my worst ride experiences in my life, I asked for a pick up from rove to pick up my son from school I did the order on exactly 1:12 pm knowing that the roads might be crowded and my son comes out at 2:30 , the driver was supposed to show up at my doorstep at 1:47 pm , while I was waiting I noticed from the apps map that the driver went to pick up another customer while he was supposed to pick me up

I called the help center to assign a different driver , the actually did that but it was 2:27 pm knowing my son gets out from school at 2:30 pm while the new driver will pick me up at 2:27 pm that meant I will arrive at my 6 year old son’s school at 3 pm or maybe more

Got Charged Twice.

Regarding the App experience:

very basic design " which is not necessarily bad ", sometimes you need to close the app and open it again when you wanna add your credit card. it can use some improvement.

Regarding the ride experience:

They have good rides and polite drivers, but they lack the basic support skills. my credit card got charged twice and i asked for a refund 24th of April "Sunday Night" and today i am writing this review on 3rd of May and the money still not yet refunded. The issue is, every employee would give you a different timeline and a different response regarding the same issue. one would say "on whatsApp" that it would take around 2-3 days .. the other would say "on the call" that it would take 3-5 days, and one of them even told me it is just a matter of 6hours. i don't know how anyone would treat them professionally if they don't act like professionals. Anyhow, i won't be using their app again and i would recommend that you pay in cash to avoid the support team hassles. enjoy the ride!
