• Add media to your reports directly from jobsite

What is RIDGIDConnect?
RIDGIDConnect enables you to take images, videos, files, and other media from your jobsite and business and create reports than can be shared with customers, representatives and other people you interact with. You can also markup, edit, describe, and secure the reports and files that you share.

Who Uses It?
Anyone taking notes on the job, utilizing digital images or video, and who needs to share information with customers or co-workers.

Multiple crashing

It’s hit or miss. I try to upload video, using my iPhone 11, from HQx Live, rigid connect closes as soon as it opens probably 60% of the time.
