The RIG Product Navigator app provides simple access to the advanced features and settings of your RIG 900 MAX series headset. Dial in the perfect sound for games and music using the graphic equalizer and audio presets. Select mic monitoring levels. Define profiles for different games or users. The built in tutorial and troubleshooting guide help you get the most from your product. Check for product updates.
IMPORTANT: Press the Bluetooth button on your headset and enter Bluetooth Mode before connecting to the 900 MAX Navigator app for the first time.

So there’s a common error most people get when trying to connect the headset to the app. I had the same problem as well until I spoke with tech support. They don’t specify this in the instructions (which is crazy), but take these steps to ensure the app will recognize the headset and connect properly: first take the headset and connect it to your phone’s Bluetooth, second open the app and allow it to use Bluetooth when prompted and it should connect. third, connect the base station with usb inserted into your console. DO NOT CONNECT TO CONSOLE BEFORE TRYING THE APP as this will not allow the app to connect to the headset for whatever reason. Hope this helps.
As far as the app functionality, it’s pretty good after you get connected
App works perfect
Just like the description says app works perfect you just have to follow the developer notes. The description says to put the headset in Bluetooth mode before starting the app for the first time. After trying multiple times and than reading description the headset paired and I was able to update and do my mic and feedback settings.
App works well
I particularly like the options to set the power off timer and mic monitoring. Haven’t played with EQ too much as headset already sounds great.
